Delivery Information:
We utilize various courier companies, and we choose the most appropriate courier depending on your location, to ensure a swift delivery. Customers are unable to choose their own courier, unless by prior arrangement. Delivery is done within 24 hours and up to 5 working days depending on your location, and upon receipt of cleared funds.
All orders are shipped without insurance.
Should you require insurance for you parcel, please specify this during the checkout process in the comments box provided. A nominal premium will be levied; this amount is dependent on the value you will be insuring. This fee is 2% of the value of the items being ordered.
Most orders are shipped the next business day. Should we receive your order and payment before 2:00 pm, we're usually able to dispatch the same day for delivery, depending on stock availability. Orders placed after 2:00 pm, will be sent for delivery the next business day. If your order is placed on a weekend, your order will be processed the following Monday (excluding public holidays) - This includes overnight deliveries.
Although we try to ensure your delivery is on time, we cannot guarantee it, as once the order has passed to the courier company, we do not have complete control over factors that may cause any delay and take NO responsibility for ANY delayed orders.
