Delivery Information

We utilize various courier companies and we choose the most appropriate courier depending on your location, to ensure a swift delivery. Customers are unable to choose their own courier unless by prior arrangement. Delivery is done between 1-5 working days depending on your location and upon receipt of cleared funds. All orders are shipped fully insured.

Should we receive your order and payment before 2:00 pm, we will try to dispatch the same day for delivery next day, depending on stock and courier availability. Orders placed after 2:00 pm will be shipped the next business day, for delivery the following day. If your order is placed on a weekend, your order will be processed the following Monday (excluding public holidays) - this includes overnight deliveries.

Although we always try to ensure your delivery is on time we cannot guarantee it, as once the order has passed to the courier company we do not have control over external factors that may cause any delay.
